We endorse the principles of Balance is Better for our young players. As they move into Year 9 and netball can become more competitive in some grades, it is important to monitor their overall physical loading to prevent injury as they go through puberty.
We endeavour to ensure our coaches are positive, strengths-based and providing training that challenges all players' level of ability so that they experience a fun season with their teammates.
