Important: The H: drive is reserved on the hosted environment, if you have a local drive mapped to H: it will not be available on the hosted server and you will need to change the local drive letter.
Transfer files from your Local Computer to the Accubid Hosted Environment and vice-versa
Open File Explorer RemoteApp and on your PC
Copy the desired files within the RemoteApp session or Local File Explorer using the Edit Menu > Copy (Ctrl+C)
Switch to your local File Explorer or RemoteApp File Explorer and paste the files into the desired location using the Edit Menu > Paste (Ctrl+V)
Compressing files and folders helps with speed and preserves metadata like the modified data. This link has more info on how to zip and unzip files
Note: on the RemoteApp File Explorer please use the H:\ drive, Desktop or Documents folder. Drag and drop is unavailable. Copy / Paste works both ways
This process can help you move files that were not transferred during the data upload or that were modified during the Accubid Transformation process and require to be updated.
