Go to: https://web.cascade.trimble.com/ (Only Cloud Admins can log in)
Go to the row with the user account that requires a Password Reset and click on the Reset Password Button (First button from left to right on the User Actions section)
Type in the New Password and Confirm Password following:
Password must:
+ Not repeat the last 12 passwords
+ Not contain the user's account name or parts of the user's full name that exceed two consecutive characters
+ Be at least eight characters in length
+ Contain characters from three of the following four categories:
English uppercase characters (A through Z)
English lowercase characters (a through z)
Base 10 digits (0 through 9)
Non-alphabetic characters (for example, !, $, #, %)
