Overview

Girls will engage in a variety of activities in this strand, including making a storage book for their needles, a light-up bracelet, and a piece of flashy fashion using sewable circuitry. Once they learn the basics of the LilyPad ProtoSnap Plus, they will work as a team to design a costume that integrates a smart feature as part of the e-textiles makeathon.
