We had some major audio problems during the September webinar- A big thank you to everyone that stuck around while we tried to work through it (turns out it was an issue with the webinar service we use, so there wasn't anything we could do about it!). Oddly, the recording of the webinar didn't have the audio problems that the participants were hearing (and now Katie will never be able to hear herself as a Robot Banjo). Somewhere around 15-20 minutes into the webinar, the conversation moves to the chat window.
