What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is simply...noticing what is happening right now and living in the moment.

It means not thinking about something that has happened already or something that might not happen in the future. We try to live in the 'here and now' when we do mindfulness activities.

There are Five Sections to the area:

Thoughts and feelings are just like clouds in the sky. They never stay the same as they always move and change shape . If you concentrate on your breath, you can let your thoughts float away and have a brain break.
