Mindfulness and Well-Being

We all have different feelings right and that is ok!Here is a place to calm your mind, learn about how your thoughts and feelings work in your mind and body as well as find positive words and activities to enjoy!

This is great time to learn about ways you can take care of your mind! If you try any of the well-being and mindfulness activities be sure to let us know and send pictures !

Why not try a live meditation class on Monday, Wednesday or Friday here at 5pm by the children's author Niall Breslin!
