Each child will need a day pack and an overnight carry bag, plus a band bag for music folder and instrument accessories.
Medications
These are to be in their original packaging, clearly labelled with name & directions
Give to Mrs Neeves on arrival at school
EpiPen and asthma medication to remain in day pack.
Please make sure you have completed all medical forms and submitted medical plans prior to the tour
Students are to wear their yellow band shirt while travelling and performing on both days one and two. If you have more than one band shirt and/or shorts/skort, we recommend you pack both, just in case.
Students can wear comfy clothes and closed shoes of their choice, suitable for casual activities and games.
Instrument
Music in a black folder - this can be carried in the day pack or in a band bag
Note: Senior Jazz Band students- please also bring your Jazz Band folder as you may play some charts in the concerts
Instrument accessories eg spare reeds, valve oil, neck strap etc
Note: You DO NOT need your own music stand (we will be bringing a box of TPS stands)
