Important Notes

WHAT TO WEAR – Yellow band shirt, TPS black sports shorts/skort, white socks, sneakers, hat.

Please LABEL ALL ITEMS clearly
Each child will need a day pack and an overnight carry bag, plus a band bag for music folder and instrument accessories.

Medications
- - These are to be in their original packaging, clearly labelled with name & directions
  - Give to Mrs Neeves on arrival at school
  - EpiPen and asthma medication to remain in day pack.
  - Please make sure you have completed all medical forms and submitted medical plans prior to the tour

Notes on clothing choices

Travelling and Concerts

Students are to wear their yellow band shirt while travelling and performing on both days one and two. If you have more than one band shirt and/or shorts/skort, we recommend you pack both, just in case.

Chittick Lodge: Recreation / Evening

Students can wear comfy clothes and closed shoes of their choice, suitable for casual activities and games.

Things to Bring

Instrument
Music in a black folder - this can be carried in the day pack or in a band bag
- Note: Senior Jazz Band students- please also bring your Jazz Band folder as you may play some charts in the concerts
Instrument accessories eg spare reeds, valve oil, neck strap etc
Note: You DO NOT need your own music stand (we will be bringing a box of TPS stands)

Day Pack

Water Bottle
Food and drink for Day One (please NO NUT PRODUCTS):
- - morning tea
  - lunch
TPS school hat or TPS band hat
TPS school jumper (if cool weather)
Raincoat
Sunscreen
Lip balm
Book and/or pack of cards
Relevant medication (ie EpiPen or asthma medication) if needed.

Clothing and Supplies

TPS yellow band shirt
TPS black sports shorts/skorts (two pairs if possible)
TPS school hat or TPS band hat - wear or carry in day pack
TPS School jumper - if cool weather please pack in day pack

One set of practical, casual clothes for recreation and evening including jumper or jacket and comfy shoes

Pyjamas
Underwear and white socks
Toiletries
Plastic bags for dirty clothes/shoes and wet towel/clothes
Medications – clearly labelled with name & directions (give to Mrs Neeves on arrival at school). EpiPen and asthma medication to remain in day pack.

Sleeping bag
Pillow
Fitted sheet to cover the mattress
Small bath towel

Camera (brought at own risk) – clearly labelled with student's name
Book and/or pack of cards

Insect Spray (non-aerosol)

Lollies or chocolate
Chewing gum
Electronic devices of any kind
Aerosols of any kind eg spray-on deodorant (please bring roll-on deodorant if required)
