If there is an emergency on tour we will contact you.

Please do not phone us to check on your child, we will contact you if any issues arise.

In the event of an emergency at home, please contact the TPS office on 9983 9464. They will advise on the best way to handle the situation. 

In the event of an emergency outside of school hours, parent volunteers can be reached as follows:

Volunteers

The Band Tour is only able to run with a team of volunteers. Thank you to all our parent volunteers who helped during the tour!

Thanks also to all our band tour committee members who make this possible. There are so many big and small jobs that need to be done to ensure band tour is able to run smoothly. Some of these jobs can take 15 minutes and some take longer. Some can be done at night and some during the day. If you are keen to volunteer for future band tours or events, we are always looking for people to help us out. Please feel free to reach out to us on email if you are happy to contribute.
