The enrollment procedures and new student orientation will take place between Thursday, September 24, and Thursday, October 1.
Please click on your assigned campus name below to confirm the guidance information for your graduate school and course.

Date: Saturday, September 19, 2026, 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM
Venue: 125th Anniversary Hall, Hakusan Campus (7th Floor, Building 8)
Eligible students: New international students (undergraduate and graduate)
*Students at the Hakusan Campus are requested to attend the orientation in person.
*Students at the Asaka and Kawagoe Campuses are requested to attend the orientation online. However, you may attend in person if you wish.
Schedule (Tentative)
● Language: English (with supplementary explanations in Japanese)

In case of absence:
If you are unable to attend the orientation for new international students due to unavoidable reasons, please check the materials that will be delivered at a later date via TOYO-info on the Toyo University Official App.
