The enrollment procedures and new student orientation will take place between Thursday, September 24, and Thursday, October 1.

Date: Saturday, September 19, 2026, 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM
Venue: 125th Anniversary Hall, Hakusan Campus (7th Floor, Building 8)
Eligible students: New international students (undergraduate and graduate)
*Students at the Hakusan Campus are requested to attend the orientation in person.
*Students at the Kawagoe Campus are requested to attend the orientation online. However, you may attend in person if you wish.

13:00-13:15 Facilities for International Students, Notification of Change of Affiliated Organization, Re-entry, and Part-time Jobs
13:15-13:35 Status of Residence Procedures and Extracurricular Japanese Language Courses
13:35-14:00 Career Support and Introduction to the Toyo University International Student Association
14:00-14:30 Registration of Residence Card Information *Unregistered students only; all others dismissed

If you are unable to attend the orientation for new international students due to unavoidable reasons, please check the materials that will be delivered at a later date via TOYO-info on the Toyo University Official App.
