未提出の就学手続書類は、9月25日（金）までに川越事務課（４号館１階）まで提出してください。

Please submit any outstanding enrollment procedure documents to the Kawagoe Campus Office (Building 4, 1st floor) by Friday, September 25.

①【全員参加】就学手続・オリエンテーションについて
　【Mandatory for All Students】Enrollment Procedures and Orientation 

• 就学手続は９月１５日（火）に行います。必要書類は「東洋大学大学院新入生サイト STEP4就学手続」をご確認ください。間に合わない書類がある場合は、当日申し出てください。
  The enrollment procedures will be conducted on Tuesday, September 15. Please refer to “STEP 4: Enrollment Procedures” on the Toyo University Graduate School New Students Site for the required documents. If you are unable to submit any of the required documents by the deadline, please inform us on the day of the procedures. 

• 就学手続を行っても、履修登録をしないなど、本学に修学する意思がないと認められる場合は学則により、除籍となります。（東洋大学大学院学則第37条第3号による）
  lease note that even after completing the enrollment procedures, if you are deemed not to have the intention to study at Toyo University, such as by failing to register for courses, you may be subject to dismissal from the University in accordance with the University Regulations (Article 37, Item 3 of the Toyo University Graduate School Regulations). 

• 本大学院では学則により二重学籍を禁止しています。他の大学又は大学院等（本学学部・大学院や日本語学校含む）に正規生として在籍されている場合、大学院入学までに卒業か修了、又は退学（出願資格に係る学位をすでに有する場合）する必要があります。
  The Graduate School of Toyo University prohibits dual enrollment in accordance with the University Regulations. If you are currently enrolled as a regular student at another university, graduate school, or educational institution (including an undergraduate or graduate program at Toyo University or a Japanese language school), you must complete your graduation, completion of your program, or withdrawal from the institution (if you already possess the degree required for admission eligibility) before enrolling in our Graduate School. 

• 提出した書類の返還はしません。
