STEP2 Procedures for status of residence
To enroll at the University, Non-Japanese students (individuals who hold nationalities other than Japanese) are required to hold either a “Student” status of residence or another type of mid-to-long term status of residence.
Additionally, some procedures must be completed after you arrive in Japan or enroll at a graduate school. Please review the guide at the URL below, and be sure to complete the procedures by their respective deadlines.
Even if you already hold a status of residence, you may need to extend your period of stay or change your status. Please be sure to check the website below.

Non-Japanese students are required to submit their Residence Card information through the system.
