STEP6 Course registration and system usage
Course registration is the process of selecting and registering for courses you wish to take on your own. In the case of new students, their intention to study at the University is confirmed through course registration.
Be sure to complete course registration within the specified period. If you fail to register for courses, you will not be able to earn credits even if you attend classes.
Course registration period for freshmen
Hakusan Campus: 9:00 a.m. on Friday, September 25, to 3:59 a.m. on Tuesday, September 29
Kawagoe and Asaka Campuses: 9:00 a.m. on Friday, September 25, to 11:59 p.m. on Monday, September 28
Additional course registration period *First-come, first-served / selected courses only
Hakusan, Kawagoe, and Asaka Campuses:12:20 p.m. on Wednesday, October 7, to 11:59 p.m. on Friday, October 9
Please check the start and end dates of semesters and classes, as well as the event schedule for each campus.
⚠️New students must come to campus to the enrollment procedures before the start of classes. Please note that the first day of classes is not your first day on campus.
In addition to ToyoNet-G, which is used for course registration, there are also three other on-campus systems (Toyo University Official App, ToyoNet-ACE, and ToyoNet-Mail) mainly used at Toyo University.
You can log in to all the systems with your Toyo University email address (@toyo.jp) and integrated password. Make sure that you can log in to all the systems before the course registration period begins.
If you do not have your integrated account, please promptly obtain one by following STEP 1.
