IMC highly values student feedback and considers it as a key component to our Institute’s internal and external quality assurance. Students’ views about their experience at IMC provide valuable information in maintaining a successful teaching and learning environment and contributing to ongoing improvement.
IMC has multiple channels in place to collect student feedback, including a Student Satisfaction Survey, Individual student consultation, Focus Groups and a Graduate Survey. You can also provide your feedback to the student representatives of the Council, Academic Board, and other governance and management Committees.
IMC wants students to positively enjoy their time during their study. You have the right to report problems, concerns or grievances regarding any aspect of your education or other related activities that are within the control of IMC and its management staff. IMC will attend to your complaints and ensure that your concerns are appropriately addressed in a timely manner.
