Our Nevada Teacher Corps site staff is hard at work preparing for your arrival in May and we look forward to meeting you in-person soon! We have a large site staff with responsibilities that range from recruitment and selection of our teaching fellows to enrollment, training, and ongoing support of fellows while enrolled in the program.

INSTRUCTIONAL TEAM MEMBERS (PST & ACADEMY YEAR SUPPORT)
Our NTC Instructional Team is hard at work designing our overall approach to programmatic support aligned with Nevada state licensure requirements and best practices in education. You will interact with this group of staff members beginning with Pre-Service Training and through Academy Year.
RECRUITMENT, SELECTION, & ENROLLMENT TEAM MEMBERS
You likely have engaged with and/or received communication mostly from our NTC Recruitment, Selection, and Enrollment team up until this point. They are responsible for bringing in talented individuals (like yourselves!) and for supporting the cohort in completing the enrollment tasks required to be ready to begin training this summer.
COHORT LEADS <COMING SOON!>
We are in the process of training a group of Nevada Teacher Corps alumni who will connect with you prior to Pre-Service Training this summer. They will be a great resource for you as you prepare for training, as they have been through this exact process themselves in previous years.
PRE-SERVICE TRAINING COACHES <COMING SOON!>
We are in the process of hiring a team of Teacher Development Coaches, who are experienced classroom teachers who know what great teaching looks like. They will work with you daily on the ground during Pre-Service Training to help you to develop the prioritized skills and have a positive impact on students during your student teaching field experience. They will do this by observing your lesson execution, providing feedback, and leveraging high impact coaching strategies.
