Seligman and is "based on the belief that people want to lead meaningful and fulfilling lives, to cultivate what is best within themselves, and to enhance their experiences of love, work, and play."*

The purpose of this self-paced workshop is to give exercises and opportunities to build strengths in areas that are important to the growth and development of happiness. In this workshop, self-improvement activities focus on: recreating curiosity; enthusiasm; gratitude; and optimism. People who practice using these strengths are happier and succeed in obtaining goals.
