The Dropout Prevention Framework was developed as a result of the Erasmus+, KA2 project “What About Then — Preventing Dropout”.
It is based on research and data collected by educators and professionals of four European vocational schools.
The advisory guide presents the dropout risks and best practices for addressing them that were identified during the project.
Rather than the traditional approach to education reform, which often focuses on improving teacher and student behaviour, this approach focuses on a comprehensive approach to reducing student dropout from institutions.
You will begin by understanding the causes of the problem and what negative consequences the problem carries. After identifying the consequences, measure its impact on the problem. By doing so, you can estimate the total impact of all the causes of the problem.
Based on the causes, we have collected most popular practices implemented in educational institutions.
