Here are a list of some of the things that happen in school during the Reception Year. You will receive communication about important dates when your child starts school in September.
Parent consultations: These are face to face meetings with the class teacher to discuss your child's progress. They take place in Autumn Term, Spring Term and you will receive a final school report in the Summer term.
Whole School Art exhibitions (after school) each term.
Inspire workshops to give you ideas and ways that you can help support your child at home. (1 each term)
Reception class assembly (Summer Term)
Whole school concerts at our local church (Harvest, Christmas, Easter) and in-school performances
Visitors in school and local visits out of school
