Day 1 - Wondershub Workshops at TIS
We had a wonderful first day of Experience Week! Students explored SDG Goal 3: Good Health and Well-Being through five engaging, hands-on activities. Throughout the day, they examined how environmental factors such as light pollution and carbon dioxide impact our health, explored nutrition through the food pyramid, investigated water filtration and the importance of clean water, modeled how germs spread and how to prevent illness, and discussed what healthy relationships look like. It was fantastic to see students actively participating and making meaningful connections to their learning.
Day 2 - Ocean Park in Hong Kong
The students traveled to Hong Kong this morning and jumped right into exploring Ocean Park. There were lots of smiles and even some excited screams as they enjoyed the rides and spent time seeing so many amazing animals up close. It was a full day of energy and adventure.
The Ocean Park staff led us in a hands-on clay workshop where students created their own sea-themed pieces. They also guided us through a series of interactive activities that gave students a closer look at marine life in a fun and engaging way.
The highlight of the day was definitely our overnight experience. Students sleept beside the large indoor aquarium, watching fish glide by as they settle in for the night. It’s a pretty special experience and one they won’t soon forget.
It has truly been a memorable adventure so far!
