World Geography

World Geography is a required 1 year course for the social studies curriculum. Students in this course cover various countries, and continents around the world and learn about those places from multiple perspectives. Students will gain knowledge through the concepts of physical, cultural, social, political, and economic geography.  Students will be completing assessments, assignments, projects, and activities throughout this course to gain the concepts and knowledge of the world and how geographical concepts help to shape the countries of the world.
