Confidentiality Agreements

1. Confidentiality agreements and non-disclosure agreements are required for all members of staff in ThingLogix as well as all third party suppliers who handle, have access to or process information on behalf of ThingLogix Inc. The agreements should address the need to protect the organisation’s data and should be expressed in legally enforceable terms.
2. The following elements will be included within the agreements:
   • A definition of the data to be protected (personal data and sensitive information),
   • The expected duration of the agreement, including cases where the agreement applies indefinitely,
   • Restrictions on use, disclosure requirements, and other sections as warranted or recommended by outside general counsel.
