Physical and Environmental Security

This section of the security policy details the basic security policy for ThingLogix Headquarters and Development Team. Physical security arrangements for ThingLogix premises are controlled and co-ordinated by the CEO and building management.

Physical Security Perimeter

ThingLogix Headquarters and Development center located at 1301 Shoreway Rd, Suite 280, Belmont CA 94002 is secured in cooperation with building management. Security controls include:

• Restricted after hour access
• Cameras in parking lots, hallways of building, at entrance/door inside ThingLogix office using Nest camera/service, and covering the printer and conference room in the ThingLogix office using AWS cameras. For Nest in the ThingLogix office, alert on motion for after hours to the CEO via Nest app, and keep video for 30 days. For the AWS cameras, keep video for 30 days.
• Independent access control to the ThingLogix Suite

Security is managed through BayAlarm Company's control portal.

Securing offices, rooms and facilities

Offices, rooms and facilities are secured through access controls provided by BayAlarm. Only ThingLogix staff and guests have access cards. All entries and exits are secured by access card and facial recognition cameras are positioned in the office.

Equipment Siting and and Protection

Not Applicable. There is no data processing equipment at ThingLogix facilities.

Supporting Utilities

Not Applicable. Utilities are provided by the building management company.

Cabling Security

Not Applicable. There is no cabling infrastructure in ThingLogix offices.
