What can I do if we do not have Internet Connectivity at home?

Charter will offer free Spectrum broadband and Wi-Fi access for 60 days to households with K-12 and/or college students who do not already have a Spectrum broadband subscription at any service level up to 100 Mbps. To enroll call 1-844-488-8395. Installation fees will be waived for new student households. You must cancel service before the end of 60 days to prevent being charged. Charter will also open Wi-Fi hot spots across its footprint for public use.


How does my child log on to Park email systems?

Using your web browser go to gmail.com. Log in with firstinitallastnamelasttwodigitsofstudentgraduationyear@theparkschool.org (ex. tstudent24@theparkschool.org). The default password is set to Park1234. You will be prompted to change that to something you will remember the first time the account is logged into.

How do I contact my child's teacher if they are not on campus?

Email is the best way to stay in touch with teachers!


If my child has trouble accessing course material, what should I do?

First, contact the classroom teacher directly to troubleshoot.
