Can parents or students log onto Google Classrooms with their personal email addresses?

No. Only Park School email addresses can use access our Google Classrooms. Parents and students will need to log on with Park student Gmail accounts. They are in the form of firstinitiallastnamelasttwodigitsofgraduationyear@theparkschool.org (ex. tstudent24@theparkschool.org). Password default is Park1234. Note* They will be prompted to change the password at the first logon.

How will I be receiving Park School voicemail?

We have updated the Park School voicemail system. If you requested your voicemail to automatically forward to your cell phone, it should now be in working order. Every other voicemail box has been set to automatically record the message and to send you an email attachment of the voice message. Each voicemail that is left on your work extension will now pop up as an email from "Vaspian Voicemail" within minutes of the message being left for you. The subject of the email will indicate the callers extension (if internal) or 10 digit phone number and within the email you will see the timestamp of when the call came in. There will be a .wav file attached to the email and with the click of a button you'll be listening to your message. You can save important messages in your Gmail or delete them.

How should I return work calls from home?

The preferred method for communication is email. If this is not possible, and you have to return work phone calls from your home or cell phone, please use the *67 function to have your number show up as Private/Unknown/Anonymous to the person you're calling. If you need to do this simply dial *67 followed by the phone number.

I experience a poor connection to online meetings or classes.

Wireless devices should be as close to your internet router as possible. If you are able, you should connect your devices to the router through a cat5 ethernet cable. If your tablet does not have a cat5 port, you can purchase a USB to cat5 adapter from BestBuy for $30.
