She was trained by Dr. Charles Schmid and by Michael Grinder who initiated NLP with Richard Bandler. Michael was originally a teacher and has transferred his brother’s principles of NLP to teaching and group dynamics.

In the 90's she met Michael and was introduced to his work. She instantly adopted to her work in teaching, this was the inspiration and starting point for her work and further development of the topic of nonverbal classroom management.
