Dr. Labiosa is the CEO of the International Center for Accelerative Learning.
As President for SALT (Society for Accelerative Learning and Teaching) for 6 years, she created a bridge from the organization's university origins to the general population (IAL).
Libyan studied with Dr. Lozanov and Dr Gateva in Bulgaria and began a 30-year relationship spear heading Accelerative Learning as a viable variant of Suggestopedia. She presented at Dr. Lozanov's and Dr. Gateva symposium in Salzburg, Victorsburg and Sliven. She worked to publish Dr Gateva’s dissertation: Creating Wholeness Through Art. She worked with Dr. John Grasso to develop the content for a master's program in Accelerative Learning for Cambridge College in Massachusetts.
She has also worked in the corporate sector designing programs for multiple industries and government organizations. She has delivered Accelerated Learning programs specializing in women studies, gender equity and curriculum design for universities such as Harvard, MIT, Tufts, Cambridge College, Antiock, and Spelman College.Libyan has designed Innovative Teaching and Learning Programs that improve performance outcomes for both teachers and learners while creating true transformation in all that attend ICAL workshops. She has designed programs for over 32 countries and 8 different areas of business, including outstanding programs: Atlanta Public Schools, NSW public schools, Alaska public schools, Malaysian Institute of Integrative Media, and Humane group's schools in Mexico.
