Co-curricular Activity Calendars
Introduction to calendars
Parents and students are able to see/access the calendars for co-curricular activities in 2 places:
Google calendars
Individual Google calendars for each co-curricular activity showing club/activity meeting/practice times and specific events Eg. performances, fixtures, competitions etc.
The calendar on this page below shows all individual co-curricular activities practices/events.
SchoolsBuddy
Calendars are individual for each student showing all the meeting/practices/events for activities that they are signed-up for. Parents can see all of their children's calendar's for the activities they are involved in.
Adding specific calendars to personal calendars
If you wish to insert a specific activities calendar into your own personal calendar, you have 2 options.
Please click on the Google document linked in the section below the calendar on this page. From this document, you can select the calendars you wish to insert into your personal calendar by using the provided links.
On the live calendar below click on the relevant activity and select 'copy to my calendar'.
Within SchoolsBuddy you can add the calendar for each of your children to your own calendar using the relevant SchoolsBuddy Help Guide linked below:
