Fostering enjoyment in moving and being healthy in the long term, challenging the mind and the body, working as part of a team or as an individual towards improvement and/or a goal.
Developing the skills and the person, facing and responding to adversity are all attributes that will be enhanced by participating in activities related to Health and Wellness.
