Moving energy involves creating movement in either your emotional, mental or physical body to prevent or counter stagnation. There are several processes for moving energy. Which one to be used depends on which body is experiencing stagnation.
Basic movement in the physical body is greatly facilitated by breath (breathing), water/food, and physical movement. For pain caused by physical movement or for quick relief of pain from no apparent physical cause - breathe in to the spot and breathe out the nearest portal (chakra).
For pains or discomfort associated with beliefs or an emotional/mental situation, the following methods can be used. Choose the one that best fits your situation:
Create regular breaths in to the center (abdomen) then repeat out loud the beliefs of your main or ancillary strand in the sequence that they fire off.
Do the process above, but also speak the following: "I need to feel (speak supporting belief), so I can intensify my belief (speak major belief), then I can fortify that (speak core belief)."Repeat with the truth of each Belief.
Move energy (emotional, mental or physical) of a situation:
STOP
BREATHE
Identify what's happening in the body, the beliefs (lies) that are up (emotionally, mentally & physically)
Speak the lies of the beliefs, Speak the truth of the beliefs
Breath what is happening in the body out the nearest portal to where it is occurring.
CHANGE THE ACTION OF THE BELIEFS/S you were taking or about to take
The Reversal Of The 4 Courses is the Process of accessing and releasing held energy via beliefs. The process is as follows:
I need to feel, in order to intensify, to fortify (belief)- because of (lie of belief)
I accomplish this by (action of belief)
I change this by (the Change of Action of the belief)
I do this because the truth is (the truth of the belief) - in order to release the energy/stress
