To fully transform, the human experience must be transformed emotionally, mentally and physically. Also, in order to transform one must know all the elements that require transformation. PAIN: Pain is a natural normal consequence of living in a constantly changing world. We experience uncountable pain states each and everyday, be they emotional, mental or physical. Most of these we may judge to be “discomfort”, but they are none the less a pain state that is prompting us to shift towards harmonious balance continuously. Pain is a natural and normal prompt to shift towards harmonious balance.
SUFFERING: Suffering on the other hand is not normal or natural, and is entirely self created both individually or collectively. Suffering is simply deliberate looped, elongated, and extended pain states. Not shifting towards harmonious balance extends the pain state and allows us to loop the pain state in order to create suffering. If this is done throughout the day in uncountable ways regarding uncountable emotional, mental, and physical circumstances, the result is an overall generalized state of suffering. Thus, the generalized state of the experience of the human being is one of emotional , mental, and physical suffering.....perpetually.
