The Process of Feeding is the mechanism by which we increase our blockages in both size and density. The process is as follows:
When we encounter any situation, person, place, or thing, we enter emotional, mental, and physical landscapes (states).
Any blockages created in these landscapes will begin to vibrate.
When they begin to vibrate, they will change their vibration to mimic a specific emotion if they are emotional, thought if they are mental, or physical action/sensation if they are physical.
We interpret the emotion, thought, or physical sensation/action to be our own creation and not the creation of (the held energy) the blockage.
We then create subsequent emotions, thoughts, or physical actions/sensation in order to conclude the belief.
We create the energy of the belief.
We then store this newly generated energy in the location of the blockage.
When moving energy, the objective is to not conclude the belief. If the emotion, thought, or action comes up and there's no belief to conclude, there's nothing to attach to, it will dissipate.
The 4 Courses is the Process of Feeding executed - via beliefs. The process is as follows:
I need to feel, in order to intensify, to fortify (belief)- because of (lie of belief)
I accomplish this by (action of belief)
I reject the (Change of Action)
I reject the truth in order to hold the energy/stress
The Body Action is the physical action or actions the body takes because of or in response to each and every rung of each of the 4 courses.
The Reversal Of The 4 Courses is the Process of accessing and releasing held energy via beliefs. The process is as follows:
I need to feel, in order to intensify, to fortify (belief)- because of (lie of belief)
I accomplish this by (action of belief)
I change this by (the Change of Action of the belief)
I do this because the truth is (the truth of the belief) - in order to release the energy/stress
A landscape is either an emotional, mental or physical states of being.
An Emotional Landscape is made up of several emotions, an emotional state.
A Mental Landscape is a mental state that defines a sequence of thoughts. The state forms the platform.
A Physical Landscape is a physical state/action or actual physical location.
At any given time, we are always in an emotional, mental, and physical landscape.
