Life Concepts

Life Concepts or Base Concepts are not held beliefs per se but instead blanket concepts that overlay an individual’s view of how life in general should be. These concepts then serve as reinforcement agents to whatever belief or belief strand an individual is experiencing. Some common examples are:

Life should be easy / Life is difficult: ‘Life is existence and existence is work, and work is perpetual - Therefore the only question is - How do I want to expend my energy?

Everyone should have enough: Everything & everyone exists in a perpetual state of deficit, because deficit is the balance of movement, this is why need is ubiquitous. Therefore the only question is - What do I need now?

God/the universe/some power fixes, decides everything: I am whole and autonomous, power in my experience only lies in me, I am all there is. Therefore, I decide, I fix. The only question is - What do I decide now?

Everyone should be independent: Everyone & Everything is whole separate and autonomous but exists directly connected to everything and everyone else, nothing can exist independent of everything else. The only question is - Because I cannot exist separate from X ______ ?

Everyone should have someone - except for me / why not me: Everything & Everyone is directly connected to everything and everyone else. Therefore, they already have a relationship with everything and everyone else. The only question is - How do I wish to transform this relationship or not?

Everything & Everyone requires someone/something else to complete itself/themselves: Everything and Everyone is whole and autonomous and is therefore intrinsically endowed with everything required to complete itself/themselves. The only question is - Because I am already complete what _____ ?

Everyone has a purpose - but me: Everything is whole and autonomous therefore the purpose of anything is determined but itself or it's functioning. Because there is no predefined purpose, only I decide my purpose, Therefore what purpose do I decide now?

There should be no conflict: Life is engagement and engagement is perpetual. Conflict is experienced as extreme engagement, this is normal in the rolling state of engaements. Therefore the only question is - How do I wish to engage X?
