As of January 2023, The Creative Living Room (501c3) has formed a partnership with Park Avenue Community Center and share a registration system.
Payments will be processed under the PACC name and logo and are subjected to their policies.
PACC is a registered 501c3 nonprofit organization with an EIN: 23-2026359
Payment must be received to secure your spot in a class.
All returned checks incur a $30 processing fee.
Classes may be canceled or rescheduled with notice.
Pro-rated registration is built into the system. If a student wishes to register after the session starts, the system will pro-rate the payment.
We DO NOT prorate ahead of time, only for students registering later in the session for a class already in session.
All refunds and credits are less the service fee applied at checkout.
TCLR/PACC in credit (less the service fee) will be refunded through the first day of classes.
A credit will be issued for the remaining classes once notice of cancellation has been received by TCLR. This credit is valid for one year from the of date of issue.
Credits are transferrable to anyone in the household.
Unused credits before expiration date may also be transferred into a tax-deductible donation at your request.
$100 per camp spot is non-refundable. Service fee applied at checkout is non-refundable.
A $100 deposit per camp spot can be made at the time of registration, with an automatic balance due on May 1st.
Cancellations in writing made before May 1 will not be changed the balance due or portion there of that is subject to the withdrawal.
After May 1: Cancellations made 4+ weeks before the start date of the camp session receive full credit on the remaining balance or use by anyone in the household at Park Avenue Community Center by May 1 of the following year.
Cancellations made 2-4 weeks before the start date of a camp session receive a 50% credit on the balance due for use by anyone in the household at Park Avenue Community Center by May 1 of the following year.
No refunds or credits given for cancellations made less than 2 weeks before start date of camp session.
All camp registrations paid in full at the time of registration are subject to the withdrawal policy above.
After-care fees are refundable, less the service fee and not subject to the withdrawal policy above.
Credits are transferrable to anyone in the household and may be used for any Park Avenue Community Center programs.
Switching camp sessions are permitted if space is still available. Request must be done in writing.
If TCLR cancels a camp due to low enrollment, a full refund in the original form of payment will be issued.
Low enrollment notification or cancellation: If TCLR must consider cancelling a camp session due to low enrollment, a low enrollment notification will be sent out 14 days in advance. The official cancellation notice will be sent out 7 days before the first day of camp.
Late Fee Pick Up – if you are 10 minutes or more late for pick up, it is a fee of $1 per each minute late. (half day, full day and after care pick up times.)

We allow one make-up class per session. Make-ups do not carry over to the next session.
Class can be made up by any family member taking any other class that is not full. If you are interested in making up a class, email Lisa Oster (lisa@thecreativelivingroom.com) to schedule the make up class.
If a class is canceled by The Creative Living Room due to illness please attend the scheduled make-up class or in the event that a make-up class cannot be scheduled the student or a family member may attend another class that is not full. This will not be counted as your one make-up class per session.
Announcements about class cancellations are posted on our website and on our social media pages: Facebook and Instagram. We will also send an email to all students enrolled in affected classes.
Programs held at Park Avenue Community Center, follow the WSSD School District.
If WSSD is closed, all of our classes for the day are cancelled.
If the WSSD School District has a delayed opening with an altered Kindergarten schedule, morning classes are cancelled and mid-day classes may run on an alternative schedule determined by TCLR (busing-dependent). Students in those classes will be notified via email.
If the WSSD School district has an early dismissal with an alteration to the bus schedule, all After School classes will be cancelled; check the website to see if evening classes are also affected.
There will be no make up classes scheduled due to an emergency closing, including inclement weather, state-mandates or facility-related reasons that are out of TCLR's control. No refunds.
TCLR will follow all current PA State mandates, Delaware County Health Department and CDC Guidelines for Youth and Summer Camps and the policies of the facility. Policies will be updated regarding masking, social distancing, health screening and waivers in conjunction with the guidance. Families will have to determine their own risk to participate in an in-person programs. All students must follow the current protocols at the time of class/camps start date.
