CEI Arts Education is dedicated to bringing innovative, hands-on visual art and music programs, resources and services to New York City K-12 students, teachers and parents. We have shifted our work to a remote learning model, customizing programs to meet the specific needs of schools during the current crisis.

Watch and participate in a 20-minute recorded video lesson in VISUAL ART, MUSIC or YOGA that addresses academic content and strengthens SEL skills - taught by a CEI Teaching Artist. Projects use household items and align with NYS Standards and NYC Arts Blueprint.

CEI ARTS EDUCATION presents student-centered, hands-on visual art and music programs that teach academic content, strengthen social emotional learning (SEL) skills, and align with the NYS Standards, the DLM Essential Elements and the NYC Blueprint for Teaching and Learning in the Arts. With a team of arts education professionals with decades of experience, CEI ARTS EDUCATION offers a wide range of programs for all student populations in NYC K-12 schools citywide. Our programs serve:
STUDENTS
In-class student instruction in visual art and music that address the core subjects and are customized the specific needs of each class.
TEACHERS
Professional development workshops, coaching and modeling in how to utilize visual art and music as instructional strategies to teach the academic curriculum.
PARENTS & FAMILIES
Activities for parents and children that promote parent engagement in the school community and introduce educational arts projects that can be replicated at home.
