Benchmarks: Youth Setting the Standard for Social Change is a social-action arts program that inspires students in grades 5-9 to speak out on major social issues through creating collaborative painted murals on benches for public display in NYC parks citywide to effect social change.

Education Through Art (ETA) is a federal grant-funded program that utilizes visual art and music as instructional strategies to teach ELA & Math and serves students and teachers of grades 3-5 in NYC School District 75.

Speak Out through Song (SOS) is a songwriting program that empowers students to express themselves on major social issues by writing and performing original songs to effect social change.

CEI Teaching Artists work alongside classroom teachers to facilitate hands-on visual art and music education programs for K-12 students that directly teach academic content.

CEI Teaching Artists lead educational arts workshops with families to engage parents in their children's education
and strengthen their tie to
the school community.

Through workshops, coaching, and modeling, CEI Art Educators work with teachers and school leaders to incorporate arts-based strategies into academic instruction.
