FUNCTION HALL

During the present administration, a new building was constructed in addition to numerous accomplishments and achievements. This building was conceived after the school was devastated by Typhoon Ompong in 2018. Due to the damages done by the typhoon, the school requested for fund augmentation for the repair of the damages. The Regional Office gave Php. 1,000,000.00 for training cum production for the construction of a new building instead of using for repairs thus the new building was constructed. The training cum production was implemented by Southern Isabela College of Arts and Trades (SICAT) through its qualifications Masonry, Carpentry and Plumbing. The construction was continued and completed through the school’s IGP-SSP funds.

COOKERY

Our cookery NC II Laboratory is designed more like restaurant kitchen, laid out for maximum efficiency. It is a laboratory complete with ten workstation that have its own gas range and sink. Overhead are rangehoods to provide ventilation coverage. Tool cabinet and spice organizer are accessible in the kitchen. All of these is to create a custom cooking environment to our trainees.

FOOD PROCESSING

A conducive room for food processing to cater the needs of our trainees for skills and knowledge acquisition. The laboratory is fully equipped with all necessary tools, utensils, and equipment as well as a space for scientific study and development of new products.
