Personality Tests

It is really important to understand yourself as a person and influences that surround you while you are considering future pathways. The personality tests are only to be used as a starting base to generate ideas and discussions on career possibilities and looking at why the results were generated whether you agree with them or not. They should never be seen as a “one stop shop” to answer career questions.

This has been very accurate when completed with someone who knows you well and instead of just going neutral all the time completing the options at either end of the choices.
