I am passionate about supporting children to find their full potential.  I enjoy working with families to help their children find confidence and engagement in their academic learning journey.  I believe a child brings a variety of experiences to every situation and they need to feel safe and respected so they are willing to take risks in their learning.

I use direct instruction and experiential learning to meet the needs of the students I work with.  I discover where they are  in their learning journey and we build from there.  I provide instant feedback so the learner can continue to grow and reach their learning goals.  Together, we will build a learning portfolio of the experiences they have.

I have extensive experience in working with a variety of levels of students that vary in age from kindergarten to grade eight in building a strong literacy foundation.  It would be my pleasure to help your child find their potential.
