Photo editing only allows for very minor movement to photo placement and to apply Instagram like filters.
Text/Card edits do not allow for color changes or special requests. The cards will print exactly as they are submitted.
The Credits are referred to as Sincerely Credits, which means they can be accessed by both apps. So if a Postagram customer has credits and becomes a new user for Ink Cards, the credits will appear. In essence, they are shared.
How do I know if my order has gone through?
We will send you an order confirmation email, and you can check the Order History screen to see a status of your order.
How long will my order take to ship?
Typically, our cards print within 24 hours and ship the following work day.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
Cards mailed to the US should arrive in 3–8 business days. International orders vary from a week up to several weeks. You can find specifics here: www.sincerely.com/delivery.
How can I edit my account information?
Account info is updated through the app. Tapping on the three horizontal lines in the upper left of the home screen will reveal the main menu. Select Account. From there, you’ll see everything you can update.
Where can I send a card?
Our cards can be sent to and from anywhere in the world.
How much does a card cost?
Postagrams cost $2 or 10 credits sent inside the US. International delivery is an additional $1.
