Legacy Lane caters to memorial and sympathy items. The overall tone of the site is to reflect that of someone who has experienced loss (doesn’t have bright colors, exclamations, or catchy marketing ads).
** Because of the items we handle empathy is a must. You should acknowledge the customer's loss, feelings, situation, and give a message according to it. **
Legacy Lane website will have the look and feel of our Specialty site brands (STI, PA, CW, MCC).
The products are all Personal Creations and Gift items which will be produced out of the Woodridge warehouse.
The Customer Care will be supported in Admin (Original PlanetArt Admin).
The customer is 100% responsible for placing orders through the website.
Items in “projects in work” will not delete unless the customer deletes them.
Gift message cards
Customers will have the option to add a free gift message card when they are on the cart page.
This option will not be available for certain items like Bird Baths, which are not fulfilled in Woodridge (drop-ship vendors).
As of now, drop-ship products do not support the gift message card feature.
There will be three shipping methods with set shipping costs.
Standard $8.75
Expedited $15.00
Overnight $23.00
Possible surcharges will be applied for oversized items.
Delivery available in US and International.
Deliveries to international destinations carry an additional charge.
Some oversized items may incur a charge of up to $9.99 per delivery address. Oversized Items will be marked on the product detail page.
We personalize and ship most items to arrive in 2 business days, though some items may take a little longer – depending on the personalization and product. Estimated delivery date(s) will appear in the checkout when ordering. We ship via major carriers throughout the United States and select international destinations. We are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses or U.S. territories.
These orders will NOT go through an OP review process and will be sent directly to print.
We will be unable to apply changes to addresses, personalization or other aspects of the order.
Billing addresses can be changed from our side.
Email WRhelp@planetart.com (through the Print Status tab) to request any changes. The team will reply and confirm if possible.
Request snapshots only in the event that we need them to identify the quality issue with an item and be able to provide accurate service for replacement purposes.

We must follow PC & Gifts.com protocols for WISMO, damaged, poor production, etc.
We have a 30-day warranty time for Legacy Lane.
