Credits do not expire.
Credits cannot be used towards shipping for card bundles.
Post Cards will not include an envelope. Premium Cards will.
Photo editing only allows for very minor movement to photo placement and to apply Instagram like filters
Text/Card edits do not allow for color changes or special requests. The cards will print exactly as they are submitted.
Virtual Gift Cards can only be sent to the United States and Canada. In addition, they can only be sent with orders that do NOT have a die cut/specialty shape applied. If an order does, the app will notify the customer of this before proceeding forward.

The Credits are referred to as Sincerely Credits, which means they can be accessed by both apps. So if an Ink Cards customer has credits and becomes a new user for Postagram, the credits will appear. In essence, they are shared.

When cancelling and order for Ink Cards that contains a gift card on it. You need to refund the gift card first and then proceed with cancelling the order. This is the same process when the order has shipped and there is an issue and needs to be refunded. You will need to refund the gift card first before refunding the customer for the amount for the card.
We only ship card packs within the U.S.
Folded cards can be selected right after choosing the desired card.

When placing an order for Ink Cards, customers will be given the option to include a digital gift card with the greeting card, ranging from $10 all the way up to $100. While the gift card is not physical, we send details on a physical printed paper with the received card for activation.
Advise the customer to use the recipient's phone number when adding a phone.
In order for a (virtual) gift card to be purchasable, the card order must meet the following criteria:

How do I know if my order has gone through?
We will send you an order confirmation email, and you can check the Order History screen to see a status of your order.
How long will my order take to ship?
Typically, our cards print and ship within 1 business day.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
Once shipped, cards mailed to the US should arrive in 1–3 days. International orders vary from 4 to 15 days. Card packs arrive in 2–5 days or can be upgraded to arrive the day after shipping. More specifics on international orders can be found here: www.sincerely.com/delivery.
How can I edit my account information?
Account info is updated through the app. Tapping on the three horizontal lines in the upper left of the home screen will reveal the main menu. Select Account. From there, you’ll see everything you can update.
Where can I send a card?
Our cards can be sent to and from anywhere in the world.
How much does an Ink Card cost?
Each Classic Postcard (5×7-inch glossy) costs $2 USD or can be redeemed for 10 credits. Postcards sent to destinations outside the United States cost an additional $1 USD. Each Premium Flat Card (5×7-inch matte with envelope) costs $4 USD or can be redeemed for 20 credits. Upgrade to a Premium Folded card (5×7-inch matte with envelope) for an additional 50¢ or 2 credits. Premium Cards sent to destinations outside the United States cost an additional $1 USD. Each Premium Flat Card in our Card Packs starts at $2 or can be redeemed for 10 credits. Card Packs are sold in increments of 10 up to 200 cards, and increments of 50 up to 500 cards. The more you buy, the more you save--as low as $1.20 per card. Standard shipping is an additional $10 USD, expedited shipping is an additional $15 USD, not redeemable with credits.
