You can use this tool in order to provide a more accurate delivery time frame when the customers place international orders.
Just enter the name of the destination country and you will find the information.
Replacing or refunding solution will depend on the customer's mood. If they are too upset, we can offer a reprint or refund of the order. If they are relaxed and understanding, we will ask them to wait some additional days.

We do NOT have a Sincerely Invite Code or program where the customer who invites another will receive any points or perks.
However, if a customer uses the Invite Friends tab in the app menus of both Ink Cards and Postagram, the customer will be able to forward the app’s link to their loved one. The recipient of this link will receive their first order free upon clicking that link. Please see the snapshots below.
If their recipient doesn’t use the link and instead downloads the app themselves, the free order offer will not be automatically applied.
If their link doesn’t work, the sender can send another invite link or the recipient can download the app and place their order, and we can refund them, per our current workaround method.
The Share tab under the menu will only send the app link and reiterate the normal free card offer. There is no Invite Link or perk, it is just a means of sharing the app.
Ink Cards offer printing digital gift card codes for many different businesses, and when applicable, they can be added through a dialog popup or even in the shopping cart. For redemption once received, the recipient has to go to redeem.sincerely.com and the 3 requirements are 12-digit code, the recipient's mobile number, and a valid email.
If their card meets the requirements, they'll receive the following popup when they reach the Order Summary Page:
Adding a Gift card directly from the shopping cart.
We offer numerous gift card options, ranging from Applebee's, to Bonefish Grill, to the Xbox Store. A complete list can be found attached to this article.
If the customer taps "no, thanks" on the popup shown above, they can still add a gift card directly from the shopping cart page:
Upon selecting the digital gift card type, they'll reach the following screen. The “other” option allows them to specify a gift card amount ranging from $10 to $100. Different merchants will have amount restrictions, but the possible amount will never exceed $100.
Important:
If the card has a die cut, we then give the user a choice of continuing by removing the die cut option or cancelling out of the gift card option. The popup received is shown below. By tapping “OK”, the gift card is added and die cut removed. By tapping “CANCEL”, the order won’t proceed and they can navigate back to their Order Summary page without adding the gift card.
If they change their mind, they’ll need to re-edit the card for the die cut to be re-applied.
Ink credits cannot be applied toward the cost of a virtual gift card.
The recipient can go to redeem.sincerely.com to activate their digital gift card.
They'll need the 12-digit code, the mobile number specified by the sender, and a valid email address. “Activating” the card will display the virtual gift card number:
Note: if the gift card appears as "activated" we won't refund it value.
When the card is printed, the validation code will be printed on an extra piece of paper attached to it that also includes instructions on how to redeem the virtual gift card.
There will be perforation so that it can be easily separated from the received card.
An Ink Cards order will always have a column available for gift card details in case a gift card is included.
It includes the following details:
Sender ID: The user ID of the sender. Clicking this will take you to their general user page
Recipient ID: A user ID for the recipient. Clicking this will give you the same info found by clicking "Recipients" (see "1." below)
Brand: The store/restaurant/service the card is for
Recipient Phone: Gives part of the number used to activate the card. We will not have access to the complete number for security reasons (see "3." below)
Card Status: Redeemed or Ordered
Note: For security, we cannot see a .PDF preview of the card sent to the printer because the validation code is included (see "2." below)
If a customer loses their virtual gift card number, they'll need to re-redeem it at redeem.sincerely.com. Going through the activation process again will provide the same card number.
When a card is activated, the card's details are also emailed to the email address provided.
When we reprint a card with a gift card included, always use the "Regenerate Activation & Reprint" button available in the Gift Card Info column of the order. The old activation code is then disabled and a new one created. The new code will be printed on the portion attached to the replaced card, and there will be a note automatically added to the order with the old code specified.
If a gift card has not been redeemed and you'll need to do, instead of canceling it, please use the "Refund Gift Card" button located at the bottom of the gift card column. **ALWAYS REFUND THE PREMIUM CARD FIRST IF IT NEEDS TO BE REFUNDED. The same button can be found on the Payments page of the order. This button will refund AND cancel the gift card so that it can no longer be redeemed:
