Connect with year 1 & 2 new educators to see what supports, if any, they need, specifically regarding understanding of implementing the 2022 Danielson Framework for Teaching
Connect with year 3, 4, and 5 new educators regarding how they want to engage in professional learning opportunities throughout the year offering suggestions on different opportunities that support their own goals
Provide positive supports and encouragement to all new educators (years 1-5) and their mentors, encouraging them to take time for and care of themselves
