From the Office

Social Distancing

While planning for students to return to campus our number one priority was and still is safety. From which stairways are up or down to cleaning desks between every class, our new procedures are designed in the best interest of our students, staff and community. Families, we need your help. Please talk to your students about social distancing and what that looks like at school. Here are our expectations regarding social distancing:

  • Arm's Length Apart (At least!!!) - All students are asked to stay at least an arms length apart while moving between classes.

  • Assigned Seats - Students are to stay in their assigned seat/area. All student areas are set up for students to remain distant from each other while in the same room.

  • Groups of 3 Outside - While students are outside (before school and during lunch) they are asked to get together in groups of no larger than 3 students and even then remain at arm's length. If we can not keep this distance while outside we will not be able to go outside during lunch.

We know it's difficult to stay away from our friends, but we are all in this together! Here are a few songs to help you remember to keep your distance!
