Student Drop Off
If students arrive before 9:05 am, they need to go to the large field behind the school with the equipment. Students are not to be waiting by the portables or the gym. Please reinforce this with your student
Testing
We started the second semester this week and it is going to be a busy one! Before spring break (March 15th-19th) we will be administering TELPAS to all of our LEP students and benchmarks campus wide. This is a lot of important testing, but we have plans in place to assure our focus remains on instruction and student growth. Please check your email regularly for updated information about both of these tests and how you can support your student.
Valentine's Day
Valentine's Day is usually a fun holiday celebrated in schools and classrooms. This year, in order to maintain the health and safety of everyone on campus, we will not be celebrating Valentine's Day with any type of gift or cards. It is not safe to pass around items from student to student. Please do NOT allow your student to bring any type of valentine to school.
Dress Code
Students are expected to follow the Fort Worth ISD Standard of Dress every day. If a student comes to school out of dress code, we will be calling home for a change of clothes or shoes. We greatly appreciate your help with dress code so our focus can be on teaching and learning.
