Below, I have included various worksheets/forms/videos that can act as a “one-stop-shop” for support when you are struggling. If you deal with anxiety every day, crippling anxiety once in a while, or anything in between, feel free to bookmark this page and come back to it when you need a little help.

You will also find that, while some activities work very well for you, others don’t help at all. That is normal, too. You are a unique person, and you will have to discover the activities that work the best for you. Remember, they won’t help if you do them just once. They are tools, intended for you to carry with you and use over and over vi throughout your life. The more you practice using them, the better you will become at managing anxiety.

Did you know the way you breathe could be contributing to your anxiety? When we become anxious, oftentimes our breathing becomes very shallow and rapid. This causes us to only breathe from our chests, which could result in increased heart rate, feeling dizzy, and having muscle tension...the exact opposite of what we want when trying to calm down.
