Some classes may begin trying to connect via audio, or video, using the tool, Google Meet.
Your kindergarten teacher will let you know if this is a tool that they will be using, and if so, whether it will be a video or audio meeting.
Please ensure ensure that you follow the rules - it is important for the safety of all of our students.

The Google Meet App is saying that it cannot find the Meet!
Fix: Ensure that your student is logged in using their account and that you are not trying to access the Meet early! Access the settings menu and ensure that the address currently logged in ends in @student.tdsb.on.ca
The Meet will not be accessible until the kindergarten teacher is online!
If you still cannot access Meet, please email your kindergarten teacher and let them know what type of device you are using (e.g., a tablet), what brand it is (e.g., Samsung), and whether it is a personal device, or a TDSB device.
The Google Meet is asking for my student's email credential, but I don't know what it is!
Fix: Please contact your kindergarten teacher and they will share the email credential with you via email.
Google Meet tells me the password is wrong, or I have forgotten my password!
Fix: Teachers can reset student passwords as needed - please contact your kindergarten teacher.
