About The Project
Helping Hands is a project created by the youth, for the youth. Child abuse is a very relevant topic which has been discussed for too long and not acted upon. This project stems from the personal experiences of some of our peers and the fact that not every child is given the care and love he/she deserves. We were dedicated to change this in both the local and global scale, in hopes to prevent the different forms of child abuse. Helping Hands projected the solutions needed in order to appropriately address and approach this issue in hopes of making our world more child-friendly, one step at a time.
Our Vision
Helping Hands aims to educate youth and adults about the abuse against the children of our communities in order to reduce the negative effects of such acts.
Our Mission
Through selling custom bracelets, Helping Hands helped inform the public about the implications of child abuse. These bracelets show support towards making efforts to stop the cycle of abuse and creating a way to improve the lives of the youth in our communities. We informed, we projected and we encourage you to do the same.
