ONTransfer - College to University Pathways

There are many opportunities to combine a college and university education.  Students may choose to complete a college diploma, then continue their studies to complete a university degree.  Typically it will take 4-5 years to complete your combined credentials.  This can be a cost effective way to complete your studies, earn two post-secondary qualifications, and provide a blend of intensive practical and theoretical skills.  ONTransfer is a website that will help you to identify institutions that have existing partnership agreements.

Transitions Resource Guide for Students with Disabilities

If you are a student with an IEP, this transition guide will help you to locate the resources available to you at both college and university.  Your new school will not know about any identification or accommodations you may find helpful until you self-advocate and introduce yourself to their accessibility services office.  It is best to connect with the accessibility services office at your new school immediately after accepting your offer.  This will help to have supports in place in September, as well as ensuring you are invited to any orientation activities.
